A Louisville native and the founder of The Skin Group. Dr. Zax has been performing Mohs micrographic surgery for over 30 years in the Kentuckiana area, specializing in the total removal and reconstructive treatment of skin cancer.
Dermatology Physician Assistant
Has over 20 years of specialized experience in dermatology. Focuses on general dermatology, preliminary diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of skin conditions, as well as the treatment of both benign and malignant skin lesions.

Specializes in comprehensive general dermatology, providing expert evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for a wide range of acute and chronic skin conditions. Highly regarded for her meticulous patient care and dedication to helping individuals achieve and maintain healthy skin.
Dermatology Physician Assistant
Began his career in Louisville in clinical dermatology and dermatologic research. Specializes in diagnosing a wide range of skin conditions, from managing benign and malignant skin lesions to treating acne, eczema, psoriasis, and rashes.

Having over 13 years of diverse experiences from emergency medicine to working in outpatient surgery with multiple plastic surgeons, her passion is working in the aesthetic field.
