A Louisville native, Dr. Zax has been performing Mohs micrographic surgery for over 30 years in the Kentuckiana area, specializing in the total removal and reconstructive treatment of skin cancer. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery.

Has over 20 years of specialized experience in dermatology. Focuses on general dermatology, preliminary diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of skin conditions, as well as the treatment of both benign and malignant skin lesions.
